This Punky Pirate Costume for Kids includes a white cocktail length dress detailed with black princess seeming on the bodice, a black bow on the waist, and black and white stripes along the front of the skirt. The long sleeves are sheer black lace with black feathered cuffs, and rise up to meet black and white striped puff shoulders.
